Cash and Credit Cards
We accept all major credit cards. The prices reflected on our website and within the aquarium are the prices for credit card and debit card purchases. There is a 3.5% discount for all purchases made in cash (only). If you make the purchase using a combination of credit/debit card and cash, you will be charged the higher credit/debit card price. If purchasing on our website, you will have the option to pay using your bank routing information so you could receive the cash discount.
Pets
For the health and safety of our animals and yours, pets are NOT allowed in the Aquarium. The only exception is for service dogs, who must be properly leashed. Emotional Support Dogs are NOT permitted.
Photography and Video
During your visit, you may be filmed, taped, or photographed by an employee or authorized guest. Your admission serves as permission for use of your image by these parties.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted at the Aquarium.
Strollers
Please exercise care when using strollers. Please note that we do not rent strollers.
Food
No outside food is permitted. Students on school trips may bring bag lunches, but lunches must remain in backpacks or totes since we do not offer storage for lunches or personal belongings.
Wheelchairs
We do not have on-premise but we are handicap accessible.
Balloons
No balloons are allowed at the Aquarium — without exception.
