At Shark Reef Lagoon
Designed for participants of all ages (children must be beyond diaper age, and accompanied by an adult if under 7), Shark Reef Lagoon offers an opportunity to experience the beauty and magic of tropical snorkeling – right on Long Island. We encourage you to wear your bathing suit, but we do have available wet suits should you need one. You can also bring your own snorkel gear (mask, flippers and mouthpiece) or we have brand-new ones available for purchase.

New for 2024:
We know everyone is busy and sometimes you just want to snorkel with some tropical fish and call it a day. This year, you can do just that! Purchase Snorkel Adventure tickets without Aquarium admission and check in behind the aquarium (just past the Treasure Cove Resort Marina office – look for the signs). Your child will participate in the Snorkel Adventure, then you can exit without having to purchase aquarium admission. If your child is between 7 and 16 years old (and can swim on their own), one non-paying adult is permitted in the snorkel waiting area while your child swims (children under 7 requires paid parent participation).
Please note, the Swim with the Mermaids adventure will NOT be available on Friday, July 5th. We will offer this traditional snorkel that day instead. Please call (631.208.9200, ext. 426) if you wish to book traditional snorkel for July 5th (only). All other dates can be purchased online.

Price: $42 pp + tax • Aquarium Members Save 10%. There is a 3.5% discount for purchases made in cash.
