Observe exotic marine life from all over the world, or for a more immersive experience, try the Shark Dive, where you can swim with these magnificent creatures in a controlled environment. From scenic cruises down the Peconic River on the Atlantis Explorer Tour Boat and interactive experiences like feeding the sea lions and penguins, don’t miss out on all the excitement and wonder the Long Island Aquarium has to offer!

Kayak Adventure Tour

This 1-1/2 hour tour, guided by an Aquarium educator, is a great outdoor adventure for families and people of all ages.
Snorkel Adventure

Experience the beauty and magic of tropical snorkeling here at the Aquarium! For all ages (children must be out of diapers).
Swim with Mermaids
Seasonal: Closed for the Season
Swim with our real, live mermaid, as she navigates the Shark Reef Lagoon, filled with gorgeous tropical fish from all over the world. For all ages (children must be out of diapers).
Pirate Snorkel
Seasonal: Closed for the Season
An interactive experience has dropped anchor at the Pirate Snorkel Adventure. Help Captain Poseidon locate his treasure at the bottom of the lagoon. For all ages (children must be out of diapers).
Sea Lion Encounter
Have an up-close and interactive adventure with a Sea Lion and their caregivers! For ages 10+
Sleep with the Fishes
Spend the night at the Aquarium! Perfect for Scout Troops or any group with 20 or more attendees. Good for all ages.
Eye Opener
Burn some energy or just take in the view on this 60 foot experiential tree activity center (weather dependent). Good for all ages.
Family Fun Center
Nemo’s Family Fun Center arcade is the ideal solution when you’re looking to take a family fun break. Good for all ages.
Poseidon’s Peak Rock Wall
Seasonal: Closed for the Season
Add an extra dose of excitement to your visit by scaling our 25-foot rock-climbing wall! Good for all ages (must weigh between 45 and 250 lbs).
J & J Mining
Get your hands wet sifting through sand and keep your eyes peeled for gems and fossils! Good for all ages.
Sea Lion Show

Join our mammal trainers and watch our sea lions demonstrate a variety of impressive behaviors! Great for all ages.
Interactive Salt Marsh
